Cruiser-66 Posted December 4, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 4, 2018 We are changing our booking to a different date and ship. Do we get to keep our on board credit? Also I am platinum and get $50 per person benefit for booking a balcony. If we can’t keep our ship board credit from the first cruise are we entitled to what’s being offered on the sailing we are moving to?
Clarea Posted December 4, 2018 #2 Share Posted December 4, 2018 Depends on the nature of the onboard credit. If it's from booking on board or from a travel agent, then you should be able to keep it. If it's from a promo from the original booking, then you will lose it unless a similar promo is being offered on the new sailing.
SRF Posted December 8, 2018 #3 Share Posted December 8, 2018 (edited) Also, if you have a non-refundable deposit, you will lose $100 per person and the remainder of your deposit will be in Future Cruise Credit. That cannot be used for the new deposit, only against the rest of the fare. And the FCC is person specific. So if A, B, C, and D are booked, and you change and A,, B, X, and Y are traveling, the FCC for C and D cannot be used.
