When is the best time to book a cruise to take in February of next year? We would like to go to Aruba, and wondering if that is a good time to go to that area. Also, who should we book it through: cruiseline, travel agent, or internet. We would like to be able to make deposits as we go, as we don't have all the money up front. What kind of deposits do they require?

For a seven-night cruise, you would be required to make a deposit of $250/pp at time of booking. Final payment is required by Carnival approximately 70 days prior to departure.

If you are thinking of going the week of President's Day then book ASAP. That is a very popular week to cruise for those of us in the Northeast.

No longer cruiseless..donations still accepted ;-))
