Micmac Posted December 19, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 19, 2018 I rarely book HAL excursions in advance but did so for our cruise which leaves on Sunday. As such, I want to make sure I understand what is "normal" vs "worry"! When we booked initially (two linked bookings), each booked excursion was shown on the daily itinerary online. I realized this morning that they weren't showing at all. At least 2 of these excursions waitlisted after we purchased them so I am slightly stressed right now! Is this normal or should I try to confirm that we still have all the reservations? Thank you in advance for any thoughts or experiences with this! I would have email confirmations (from when the shorex were originally purchased) in hand when you call, too. She made it sound like after the manifest is turned over, it shouldn't show on the itinerary??? Regardless, I now have an email from them showing the confirmations (never leave home without this) and can cease to stress (or just stress over work!) Thanks again!
