Air temperature was around 60F / 15C but the water at the main pool and slides was heated, making it very comfortable to use these facilities. We used the water slides during our day at sea and we had them pretty much all to ourselves. It was wonderful.

In other words Europe? Even though the cruise is in the Mediterrean, the weater will in most ports not be very warm. (Unfortunately. Im going with Meravigliga in Feb from Genoa myself)

(Unfortunately. Im going with Meraviglia in Feb from Genoa myself) Although the temps were not “very warm” when we sailed on Meraviglia in the Med a few weeks ago, they were ideal and very comfortable for sightseeing. Much better than the oppressive, sweltering summer heat. A light jacket over a sweater was all we needed for most days. As mentioned above, even though the temps hovered around 14-16C most of the week, we were able to comfortably use the outdoor pools and water parks thanks to the heated water. And that’s a lot to say considering that I’m from a country with year round tropical climate. But for those who still consider it too cold, Meraviglia has a large, indoor, climate controlled pool with jacuzzis, which many people used during the entire week. By the way, they kept the water park open with attendants manning the water slides, even on a few mornings when the temperature dropped below 10C.
