Sabor and Izumi with UDP?

We are sailing on the Allure in March.  I just saw that Sabor is now $22 pre-fixe, but it doesn't say what you get, and Izumi is $50 pre-fixe, with crummy options for those wanting nigiri and booking it with the $35 credit in mind... 😞

Anyone used the UDP lately since these new 'improvements' that can share what was offered at Sabor and if you were forced into the pre-fixe at Izumi?

The description still says $35 credit at a la carte restaurants, but it appears none are a la carte anymore.

Looked at Sabor menu; same as we had this year on Navigator.  Worst specialty dining of any ship, cruise line, style of food.  Tacos and Quesadillas.  No real entrees.  Don't waste UDP here, go back to something else again.
