Rare crewsweeper Posted December 28, 2018 #5 Share Posted December 28, 2018 In Coxen Hole, there's "free wifi" at Fonsie's Bar. But it's not exactly your best environment. There are/were several small internet cafes along Main Street in Coxen Hole. These seem to come and go. And are pay service, not free. In Mahogany Bay, I believe all the internet access is pay for service. Up in West End, there are a couple of places with wifi. C-Level Bar next to a dive shop and The Landing Bar in half Moon Bay Resort. Likewise in West Bay Mall a couple of cafes have "free" wifi with purchases. But best bet is to ask the crew on the ship you are on. They know all the ins and outs of these places in every port.
SunnyTodayFL Posted January 4, 2019 #6 Share Posted January 4, 2019 In Coxen Hole area, from where you get off your ship/tender, walk to the left down the ‘boardwalk’ along the water for a while until you find glass doors into a sort of indoor mall on the right with two aisles/hallways of souvenir/clothes/tshirt shops. In the second hallway/row of shop entrances you will find an area, a few yards down the hall, with some small counters/desks along the left wall selling tours. Look around that area and you will see some ‘park benches’ and simple chairs in front of the shops and lots of people typing on their phones... free wifi isn’t super fast but the signal is strong and no one hassles you for sitting there. It’s a clean and safe little mall.
Rare Itchy&Scratchy Posted January 5, 2019 #7 Share Posted January 5, 2019 (edited) we were at Coxen Hole in December, and didn't find any FREE wifi. There was a kiosk right as you enter the port from the ship and it had a sign "Port Wifi $5/hour". We didn't use it.
