Regal aft B728 questions

I booked an aft cabin for a 7 day cruise. I have seen a picture of the cabin and I am thrilled. There are no reviews of this cabin. I am curious if there is a soot issue (that doesn't concern me much). Also, this cabin is near the vent. Is it noisy? Thanks for any help.
