Cancel for any reason refundable?

Princess has refunded my cruise which I have booked with their platinum insurance. I plan on rebooking a similar cruise in a less expensive cabin. This will leave me with a credit I assume would show up as OBC on that itinerary. Is this OBC refundable? TIA

Incorrect Assumption. The CFAR insurance get you a credit towards the cruise fare of your next cruise--or cruises if you do not exhaust it all at once. You will need to book another cruise within the time frame if you do not use it up completely on your initial rebooking. No logic at all to the idea that the FCC converts to OBC if not fully spent--you need to book a cabin worth the same (or more) else the difference stays banked.
