Adding a 4th person to a CAS Booking

The 3rd and 4th free was the promo that we used when I booked our June Getaway Baltic cruise through CAS. We're before final payment, and I need to change the name on the 3rd person and add a 4th person. The 3rd and 4th free promo is no longer available on our sailing. Do we lose that if I make changes now?
