Carnival Official Partner?

Does Carnival have an official partner for discounts?  Like with Norwegian, you get a discount as a Total Rewards member.   Anything like that with Carnival?  Casino member, certain credit card, etc.

But other cards give a higher reward. For examples our Sams M/C gives us a 3% credit for all travel related purchases and restaurants.

If you’re in the US, you can get gift cards at 10% below face value from AARP Rewards for Good or Allstate Rewards. You do not have to be a member/customer of either organization to take advantage of the deals. Carnival gift cards are good for everything from the initial deposit to funding your Sail and Sign account onboard.

So I don’t have to be an aarp member to buy the cards ?
