Cuba visa?

I forgot to ask expedia about this where we bought our cruise, but who finishes the process of the visa? Is it expedia? Is it MSC? 

 

SOrry I know I can ask where I bought this cruise but any extra info that I should know about this is appreciated

The visa is arranged onboard and charged to your onboard account.  I've posted a photo and info about this on another Armonia thread.

This is just one thread on the Armonia cruise to Cuba.  I'll be writing a report on our experience in the next couple of days.
