Great Bay Beach public area?

Hi! I was wondering if there is an area at Great Bay Beach where you could just spread a towel on the sand and enjoy an hour or two without renting beach chairs/umbrellas. We are paying for a party of 10 (extended family) and things add up quickly. Lol! If there is such a place, could you please describe its location? We plan to walk from the ship. Thanks so much for your help!

Yes.  Just go to any area in which there are not chairs - between two concession areas where there are chairs should be fine - not in front of chairs toward water.  Should be no problem to find.  Beaches are public but operations with concessionary rights can stop you from parking yourself in their particular space.

I was kind of wondering the same thing. I'll be traveling with several kids who will likely be in the water the whole time, or at least not lounging on a chair. I didn't know if I can just rent the umbrella/2 chairs at say, Holland House, if I am traveling with more than 2 people.
