Why am I getting notifications to my email when I've set it as NO NOTIFICATIONS

Hi All, I have set my preferences in Managed Content for NO NOTIFICATIONS for the forum topics and roll calls I participate in as I cannot handle the volume of emails. I prefer no emails as opposed to the other options.  I'm still getting emails. Any ideas?

Have you gone through all of the threads listed in Managed Followed Content and set notifications appropriately?

Remember that you can do these 25 at a time (ie one page at a time) by using the check box to the right of the word "FILTER" and then setting the notification preference using the black bar at the bottom of the page.
