Nassau - Ocean Atlas excursion?

Has anyone recently visited Clifton Heritage Park to see Ocean Atlas underwater statue?  How did you travel....taxi, rent a car or formal excursion?  Is it doable if the ship is leaving at 5pm?  Thanks so much!
