FLL Hotel

Hi all,
My wife and I will be going on the Summit in January. We're going down two days early, and we need some recommendations on a decent hotel to stay at. I'm not positive, but I think we'll want to stay right in FLL to be close to everything, but I would like to hear from some more experienced travelers. I don't want to pay more than $130 or so per night.

Most folks book through priceline...ever used it before?
No guaranty on a certain property but it gives you zones to choose from and you put in a bid.

There is Amerisuites, Embassy Suites, Reniassance, a couple of different Marriotts....hmmm...

We used Priceline and got the Doubletree on the beach for $45 a few months ago.

the marriott marina is an awesome hotel with a free shuttle to the piers. if you are a government worker, the rate is only $69 a night.
