How do I join the roll call for the May 6 celebrity reflection

My husband Dave &  I are sailing on the Reflection on May 6, I have been trying to put our names on the roll call.  We are in cabin 1140. My cruise critic name is gigilind67, I would also like to sign up for the meet & greet.  We are also on the TA leaving from FL to Dublin on April 22.
