Since booking I have been checking the cruise planner prices and they are up and down, do they fluctuate often? Is there a cut off where it doesn’t go back down? Trying to plan purchases prior to embarkation, how late can we leave it? Also we have no idea what good excursions are for kids, 10, 8, and 5. Ports are St. Maarten, San Juan, and Labadee.

Book when you like the price.

 

If the price goes down, cancel and rebook.  There will be a few days before the refund gets back to your card.

 

If the price goes up, pat yourself on your back.
