Just as I suspected -- by playing to the press those ill-mannered brats on the QM2 got their way and a 100% refund. Honestly, you would think that these people would have read their passenger ticket which states ( as it does for most cruise lines) in essence that the cruise line may skip ports is if deems necessary.
