Cancel cruise

How can you cancel on line?

If you go to your online Cruise Manager page in Carnival select Booking Details. You will see either how much you owe or Paid in Full. Select View Balance Details, and at the bottom of that page it should say 'View Cancellation Information'.

It will also have a link to tell you whether or not you will an incur a penalty for cancelling before you do so.

Thank you both so much. The directions were perfect. I did lose my $100 deposit. But had to change plans and am already booked on a cruise leaving from a different port. .
