Mauzac Posted April 4, 2019 #1 Share Posted April 4, 2019 Does anyone have any idea how long it takes for SB to issue an onboard account refund to our credit card after disembarking? Due to missed ports, cancelled excursions etc, we are due a fairly large refund onto our credit card. We disembarked on 25th March, nothing yet. I had to contact SB in UK regarding a mistake on our account and they were vague about how long it would take and I just wondered if anyone had any experience of this? 🙂 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Isklaar Posted April 4, 2019 #2 Share Posted April 4, 2019 This happened to us on a cruise two years ago. The refund was processed within a couple of days of disembarking. However, SB UK are, in my opinion, slow and frequently inept when it comes to customer queries. Previously I would always direct my communication to Seattle where they usually dealt with it fairly quickly but the situation does appear to have changed. I contacted SB Club over a week ago with a very simple query but have still not had any response. in your case if it was me I'd leave it now until Monday, so it has then been two weeks, and then start to hound them to get my money back!
