Car Rental Drop Off- Oahu Cruise Question

I currently have two car rentals in Oahu booked through Hawaiian Discount Car Rentals and I am not sure which to keep. Both pick up in Honolulu Airport.  We have the car for 4 nights and plan to drop off before getting on our cruise.  I am guessing that my husband will probably drop me, my parents, the kids, and all our suitcases off and then go drop off the rental and taxi back to the pier.  One drop off is back at the Honolulu Airport and costs $300.  The other drop off is Kalakaua Ave (it is a Dollar Car Rental) and is $350.  Which should we keep?  I map quested and they are both a similar distance from the pier (airport slightly further away) but not sure if one is easier to get to/from or navigate?  Anyone familiar with this and know which one would be easier?

My experience dropping off a car in Waikiki was awful. Granted this was Avis, so your experience might be different, but there aren't many gas stations to top off the tank and finding the garages that it was located in was miserable-- nothing clearly marked. All this in alot of traffic. I circled the block for half an hour. Had I known that would happen I would have dropped at the airport. That being said, if things are clearly marked and easy to find, I would say that dropping off in Waikiki and hopping an Uber to the ship might still be easier and take less time. The cautionary lesson here is just do a little homework on the drop off before-- I wish I had.
