Midnight Buffets?

Hi all,

I'll be sailing on the Carribean Princess in a few months, and had heard about the midnight buffets. What types of things do they put out, and why is it different/better than the regular buffet? I heard it was a different "theme" each night... does this sound right?

Princess generally doesn't do Midnight Buffets as many of their ships have a 24 hour buffet.

few cruise lines still do a nightly midnight buffet, some do One on each cruise and some do a Chocoholic midnight buffet.

 

They are different because they have fantastic presentation with very elaborate decorations, Ice sculptures and such.
