Latitudes email

I hope someone can help, I need to send an email to Latitudes and the one I found in the forum (LatClerical@ncl.com) is no longer in use as it is bouncing, does anyone know a working email address for Latitudes?

 

I have tried to call them (in UK) lots of times and they are great saying they will get it all sorted this time but nothing ever happens and they never call or email me back.

 

The UK office, despite being nice and appearing helpful say they need to contact Miami to sort it out, so I think my only option is to contact Miami myself.

 

The other problem is, each time I call I have to start from scratch as they always say they don't keep records unless it's about a specific cruise and then they add it to the notes.

EDIT:

It wet through OK and I got an auto response.

Actually a very clever auto response, they must have my email in the reply system as the auto response started "Dear Mr <my full mane>"
