An odd question

I am sorting through some old photos from a Voyager cruise many years ago. I came across one from a tour we did in Semarang, Indonesia that included a train ride out of town and a tour of a plantation of some sort. I don't think it was coffee, because there was a rather dark room with large flat leaf-like things hanging and being dried or cured in some way. There was also an image of a spout placed in a tree oozing a white material in to a metal cup. Sadly, I've lost all info on this place other than the photos. Can anyone here help me recall the name of this plantation?

If you look at the rssc cruise called Cultural Awakenings sailing Dec 6 2019, and look at the Stean train and Plantation visit as an excursion, for Semarang, you will find details for the plantation visit.
