rtlk Posted April 14, 2019 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2019 (edited) I Have always wondered how best to get to Lovers Beach. Which if I am not mistaken spans the Gulf and Pacific ocean. We have always wanted to make the walk between the two however, I have never seen a excursion, with Princess that lands folks on the beach for a chance to do walk on the beach's for a couple of hours. Any thoughts?? Edited April 14, 2019 by rtlk
slvrdlphn8 Posted April 14, 2019 #2 Share Posted April 14, 2019 Lovers beach in Cabo? Once at the Marina have a water taxi to take you there. You can pay round trip and they will come back at an arranged time if you want. Just FYI, there are no bathrooms there.
James4me Posted April 14, 2019 #3 Share Posted April 14, 2019 You will not be able to walk to the Pacific side as you wound need to go through the Arch, which the ocean flows through. You can hike over the mountain IF you are in good shape and definitely have sneakers on.
RSF Cruiser Posted April 15, 2019 #4 Share Posted April 15, 2019 (edited) Lovers Beach does go through to the Pacific. The beach/sand is between the cliffs. The waves and undertow are pretty strong on the Pacific side, so you’d want to limit your swimming to the bay side. Lover’s Beach is beautiful and one of my favorite beaches. bearette Posted April 20, 2019 #5 Share Posted April 20, 2019 (edited) RSF is correct- you can walk through the beach to view the other side, but once you see the waves on the other side, you will know why is is jokingly referred to as "Divorce Beach".
