Anthem of the Seas in Cape Liberty Tonight

Does anyone know why the Anthem of the Seas is in New York Overnight? It appears she arrived around 8:30 PM this evening.

It is very windy this evening and her early arrival could be tied to the weather which is expecting strong winds and heavy rains.
