Green Monkey tour

Has anyone taken the 4x4 Green Monkey tour in Barbados through RC? We were going to go to Harrison's Cave but I think we're leaning towards the Green Monkey tour instead. The tour is at 1pm and we dock at 8am. How close is the town to the port? Would we have time to walk around and explore prior to the tour or should we just chill out on the ship for the morning?

Bridgetown proper (shopping area on Broad Street)

is not far from the Port.

Most folks will walk it for the 15 mins. it takes, if that.

Follow them - you'll see

 

Get back to the ship promptly for Noon, have lunch

and you should be ready to go for that tour at 1 p.m.
