Since we are not sailing " on a floating city" as my mom use to say but a much smaller ship with no where near the special shows, no Haven area, dining venues etc  Just a few suite questions

Butler is an added cost even tho we have pre paid gratuities?  What would be expected?  Can it be added to bill? Still priority boarding? What perks are carried over. Thanks for info

1. Yes, the butler is an extra, i.e. not included in the DSC.

2. That’s a personal choice. We choose to pay approx. $7 pp, per day

3. Yes

4. Same as Haven perks, without the Haven area. Breakfast and lunch will be in a specialty restaurant. Dinner is on your own.

We will be on the Sun for the 6/14 cruise, in the owner’s suite, and are beyond excited!

Adding:

#1 Butler and Concierge are not part of the DSC

#2 True personal choice - would depend on how much you needed or used their services

#3 A definite YES look for or ask for the Priority Check-in for Suites and the escort on board -

in Owners Suite disembarking at cruise end escort to luggage claim and to awaiting transfers if not doing walk-off

#4 No Haven or Suite common gathering place - Breakfast and Lunch in La Cucina deck 5 starboard - Dinner

reservations make them thru the Concierge - priority seating theatre starboard balcony tier

Flcruisegirl - you should be overwhelmed with excitement the owners suite 800+ square feet of cabin space

outdoor (hot tub) and indoor Jacuzzi - small wet bar - Bose surround sound system - a huge balcony

#1 Neither the butler nor the concierge are included in the DSC. We tip $10-$15 per person per day to the butler and $5-$10 per person per day to the concierge. And $5-$10 extra to the room steward to taking care of our suite.

You get priority boarding. You have access to the suites dining room serving breakfast and lunch. Butler service is the same on the small ship as it is on the large ships. Concierge service is the same. Reserved theater seating is normally for owners suites and above. You can get priority embarkation and disembarkation at ports.
