Sea Sickness Advice

While the wrist bands probably do work very well and I did try them, they don’t look very glamorous when dressed in evening finery.

Ginger root capsules from Holland & Barrett have worked for me and we have occasionally sailed some fairly rough seas. I take them the day I start to travel, twice a day, every day throughout the whole cruise without waiting to find out if I’m going to feel yuk. I don’t want to waste one precious minute of my holiday feeling unwell. Thankfully, no side effects nor seasickness, so far 😅

In the USA ginger root capsules are sold at many drugstores and supermarkets, usually found in the section with the vitamins.

In really rough seas, I would say to use the seabands as well and not care in the slightest about how glamorous they look. 😁

But if you care, I guess you could bedazzle them or wear bracelets over them.
