Norwegian Sun - Balcony Room - Surprise Deal Question

I am looking into a "surprise" balcony room deal to save money. Are there any areas that I should be concerned over? Has anyone has noise problems? Excess evening noise other than elevators/stairwell traffic, like bars/clubs are my main concerns. I see that there are balcony rooms on deck 10, and there are many public rooms on deck 11. It looks like we could be under the sun decks, sports bar, Moderno Churrascaria or garden cafe.

We've sailed aft mini on Sun and only a bit of chair scrapping around 6 am for a few minutes.
