El Morro Entrance Fee

Can you use a credit card to pay the entrance fee at El Morro? My husband and I are trying to figure out how much cash to bring along with us on our cruise. We do not want to be carrying around more than necessary.

When are you going?

 

Current entrance fee to just El Morro are $7 per person.

 

In Jan 2020, they go up to $10 pp.

 

We've always paid cash (pre hurricanes it was $5pp).

We will be there next week. I know the cost is minimal. We are just those people that pretty much never carry cash so I was just curious.

So carry a $20 to the fort and then after  your visit, spend the remaining $ on a piragua (flavored shaved ice) from one of the street vendors. Yum.
