When did Tui/Marella increase the hand luggage allowance?Collected  our e ticket this morning showing 10 k hand luggage.(7kg when we booked).If I had known that before I wouldnt have paid for extra hold luggage allowance

It was written in their blurbs that it would be increased for all travellers 1st May onwards. Pays to read all the guff they send u. 🙂

I have just got back from a 4week cruise and we each had an extra 5kg hold luggage allowance and only 7kg hand luggage each but having checked the website the allowance HAS been increased to 10kg again (as it used to be) for Marella cruises - very happy

To be fair 2BACRUISER I dont get any guff sent to me.My initial booking was 7kg hand luggage and only became aware of the increase when collecting my e- ticket today.Dont get me wrong, happy with the 10 kg but as I said would not have paid for extra hold luggage if we had been made aware

Booked for a Tui flight for next June and see that our hand luggage is 10Kg but the hold is only 15Kg.

I wish they had added the extra to the hold to make it 23kg as it used to be.

Just received notification that hand luggage has increased but they have retained the size of case no mention however of the hold luggage so assume no change.

I presume shipsdoc46 is not cruising but on a land based holiday Cruisers have a hold allowance of 20kg

Could be as it does state hand luggage increased from 5kg to 10kg which we all know should be 7kg for cruise passengers.
