There is a cruise on the Carnival Legend May 2020. She sails from Tampa, Florida up to New York City.  13 days I believe.

Also, Legend is doing 2 cruises of 9 days each to the  Caribbean late May 2020.

If you're asking if there are cruises up and down the Atlantic with exclusively USA ports on the itinerary you will be hard pressed to find one. Because of the Passenger Act all USA departure cruise ships must visit a "distant" foreign port. BUT there are cruises to the Bahamas and Caribbean that leave from NYC and Baltimore that will stop in Cape Canaveral or Miami in Florida. There are also cruise from those 2  same ports heading north that have stops in Boston Mass. and Portland Maine.

The New England cruises stop in Canada as well, Halifax and St. John.

.

We did two of those already.

Quite a nice cruise, without the wild Rum Punch behaviour of Caribbean cruises.
Sedate - for Carnival! - lol
