Does anyone know if you book a guarantee (not sailaway) cabin for a cruise that leaves in about 60 days and you are not assigned a cabin does that prohibit you from bidding in the upgrade advantage program?  Or does your cabin have to be assigned and then you are able to bid?

Thanks!

Thanks!

We booked a guarantee on our last cruise and we were able to bid.

You are eligible to bid on upgrades whether your cabin was a GTY, SailAway, or an assigned cabin number. It usually takes 24-48 hours after booking (if you are inside of 80 days) before you will receive your offer to bid.
