Kenster Posted May 30, 2019 #1 Share Posted May 30, 2019 We just signed up for our fifth Carnival cruise. Our profile is not pulling up our past cruise history. How can I retrieve my Past guest number and history? I think we qualify for at least Gold, if not Platinum status. Thanks!
hard_eight Posted May 30, 2019 #2 Share Posted May 30, 2019 No way you're Platinum with 5 cruises unless they were all trans-oceanic or something There's a place in the VIFP section of their site that has instructions https://www.carnival.com/bookedguest/cruisereview/reviewcruises Missing a cruise? Took a cruise and it’s not here? It may take up to 14 business days after you sail for it to appear. If your sailing is still missing, claim your cruise below. StolidCruiser Posted May 30, 2019 #3 Share Posted May 30, 2019 (edited) hard_eight is right. Unless you previously took four 19-day cruises, you aren't even close to Platinum. You probably just barely made Gold. If your profile is not showing your correct past cruises, click the "Request a Past Cruise" button under the Missing a Cruise? section of the Review My Cruise History page. Or call them and have it done almost instantaneously. Edited May 30, 2019 by StolidCruiser
Organized Chaos Posted May 30, 2019 #4 Share Posted May 30, 2019 Just to make sure you're checking the right place, after you log on, click your username in the upper right corner to show the drop-down menu and choose "My Cruises." If they don't show, follow the instructions posted by others. On this same page, your VIFP number should appear below your name on the left side of the page.
maryred Posted May 31, 2019 #5 Share Posted May 31, 2019 Each passenger's VIFP number is printed on their first and each subsequent Sail-n-Sign card. A problem arises if when you booked if you didn't use the same email or login credentials at Carnival.com for each cruise you may of inadvertently generated new VIFP numbers.
