How do I change my profile name

I was wondering how one can change their profile name and gone to: help@cruisecritic and am unable to open the link.  Does anyone have any idea as to how to do this?  Please and thank you.

help@cruisecritic.com is not a link.  It's an email address.  You email them and tell them you want to change your username.  You must provide your current username, the reason for the change, and 5 alternative usernames.  

 

They will then decide whether your reason is a good one, and will pick one of the names you've provided to change it to.
