Boarding time

Sailing on the Reflection Ireland/Iceland May18, 2020. Itinerary says we sail at 10:00 PM. Any idea how early we can board? Trying to figure out if we can have lunch onboard that day.

We did that cruise last month, sailing at 10:15 pm..  We were able to board in time for lunch.  We did not board until about 1:00 pm, but I believe boarding started at about noon.  The check in area was a big tent, that was about a 10 minute bus ride from where the ship was docked.

 

We initially were told the muster drill would be early (about 5:00 pm, I believe.).  When we boarded, we found out it was scheduled for 8:00 pm.  All restaurants and bars were closed from 7:45 pm until about 8:30 pm.  We were in Murano until about 7:40 pm, and did not realize until we left that there was a large group lined up outside, since it is a muster station.

Thanks for the info. Did you check you baggage at the tent or had to take it on the bus ride to the ship?

We checked our bags outside the tent before checking in, and they were brought to the ship for us.
