Advice for solo traveller with mobility challenges

I am new to cruising and visiting Capri, Florence, Naples, and Sardinia (among others) on 10th July on Marella Explorer 2. I am travelling alone and want to see as much as I can. I would be grateful for advice about suitable ie fairly flat) ports from the above list and proximity to the ports.I would welcome any general advice you could give to.

According to your itinerary your cruise starts and ends in Naples but you don't have a port day there.  Do you have an overnight before or after your cruise?  If not you may not have any time to see something in the area.
