4/18/20 Horizon - almost sold out?

I'm looking to book the 4/18/20 Horizon 8 day South Caribbean and most of the stateroom categories say sold out.  I have never experienced this on booking a cruise this far out.  Any idea why?

most likely it is due to spring break

Perhaps it's related to the number of passengers you're putting in a cabin?

...This is true. Quads tend to sell out quickly during Spring Break. Also, another reason is that it might be a "themed cruise" (dance/performer/religious) so a travel agency may have blocked a huge amount of cabins in each category.

I was going to book a Horizon cruise early next year, and I procrastinated. Prices have gone up and availability is selling fast. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come 😞

I sailed the Horizon in May. It sold out quicker than any of our other cruises.
