Cable Beach

Are there any places on cable beach where you can rent chairs/umbrellas? A place where you could order lunch on the beach would be nice too. We normally do the all inclusive day pass at Breezes or Melia. However, the people going with us are not interested in an all inclusive pass. Suggestions?
