MSPCUBS Posted June 25, 2019 #1 Share Posted June 25, 2019 Traveling on the Sunrise with friends. We have cabins next to each other. (Not joining) Is there a divider between the balconies that we can ask the cabin steward to open so we can have the 2 balconies together?

RWolver672 Posted June 26, 2019 #4 Share Posted June 26, 2019 A representative from each cabin will have to go to Guest Services to request that it be opened. Some have said that all they do is ask their cabin steward to do it but anytime we have asked, they always tell us it has to go through Guest Services. Be prepared that if you open it, one of the windows will be covered by the divider. They swing it around and attach it to the bulkhead. If the two doors are side by side, they will not open it because it will block one of the doors.

We just booked on the Mardi Gras and so far, there is no site that tells which balconies connect to which balconies. Our PVP talked to his supervisor, then that supervisor talked to their supervisor trying to figure it out. What they came up with is that the cabins/balconies start at the front of the ship. The first connects to the second, third to fourth, etc. You might be able to figure it out that way. What stumped us is that there was a suite at the very front so we are guessing that it doesn't count. There is a site that some have mentioned on here where you can look up your cabin numbers to see if they do or not.

You choose your deck and then look for the cabin number. https://help.goccl.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5687
