A Good TA can do almost anything a MSC rep can do and they can do it online without making a phone call. If all else fails, A Good TA knows other good TA's who can help out. Our TA says he has a dedicated phone number with MSC (for TA's only, not just for him, to be clear), and he was able to cancel one reservation with MSC and book another for us.
