I still say that Sunwing will have been giving a Marella Booking reference for you, or you don't have a cruise.

Why they don't share this information with you is a mystery?

In the UK we can request the data under the data protection act and it's free to use (now, the law changed last year).

Do you have anything like that there?

I would demand speaking to a manager and say that they are preventing you from having the holiday you paid for. Either give you compensation ££$$ or the reference number. Bet they will soon give it then.
