Yeah they didn't appeal to me at all.  Plus they are right above the main buffet.

Not all of them. There's a ton forward also, over the spa, etc.

We had one earlier this year and it was fantastic. Ridiculously quiet, overlooked the spa cabanas, which never had anyone there, super extra large balcony with two full size lounge chairs, table, two sitting chairs, etc.  It was Fab - no privacy issues - but then if someone wants to look at me lounging on a chair, they could be doing that on the pool deck also.. go figure. And there's cover from the balcony above for a portion also.

We'd book them again in a heartbeat

ReedPrincess...this is exactly where we will be as well, the balconies over the Spa...a quick question, the elevators that are at that end of the ship, are they for the exclusive use of the yacht club or will we be able to use them as well...on the ships deck plan they show the cut out for the lifts but they are not labled as such,we will be in cabin 9042 and are right next to a non labled deck 9 lift.

The forward group of elevators are for public use but do have yacht club priority status. So occasionally one of them will skip floors to bring a YC member where they want to go.

Thanks for the reply.... I was hoping it would be a little quieter up at that end of the ship and that we could use the elevators to get up to the Top 19 and Aurea bar. We just want to lay out and destress all week.

Actually, only two of the forward elevators seemed to work with our YC cards/bracelets (one of the forward ones on either side, so you should be okay.  The only problem is that they are also tied to the entrance and cocktail bar for the specialty restaurants.  We never found the wait to be too long, even when down by the casino or after a show let out.

Thanks for the help Jagr, like I said earlier, I was hoping we were in a quieter part of the ship, but still had easy access to things.
