steve333 Posted July 19, 2019 #1 Share Posted July 19, 2019 Good morning all,can anyone confirm if there’s an iron in the self service laundry on Aurora?(I know for obvious reasons you can’t take a travel iron onboard)-thanks for any help,Steve. john watson Posted July 19, 2019 #3 Share Posted July 19, 2019 They tend to have irons in all laundry rooms on P&O. These tend to be permanently wired to the wall as opposed to plug in socket. As a general tip I suggest checking sole plate is clean and consider using a pillow case on top of what you are ironing. I went straight in on a white jacket once only to find the previous user had done synthetics on too high a setting and smeared molten red onto the jacket. aliandy Posted July 31, 2019 #8 Share Posted July 31, 2019 Plenty of irons as said before. Did use one where it appeared to be on a fixed automatic time setting which I didn't notice at first - did wonder why it kept cooling down!!
