American Icon..Anytime dining..

Recommended Posts

We will be sailing the Allure in October. We chose anytime dining as we like the flexibility.  So is American Icon the only dining room for that? Beside the obvious Windjammer or specialty dining. Seems like one dining room for people with my time it will be difficult to get a table.

Correct. One section of the main dining room for MTD. You do have the option of reserving different dining times through your cruise planner. Or you can can just walk up without a reservation. My recent experience on the Allure is people who walked up around 8 pm ( Most popular time) Waited about 45 mins. We had reservations and got a table for two immediately.

American Icon is the largest of the 3 main dining rooms. However, if you don’t make a reservation you will have to wait for a table. I usually find it best to make reservations in advance, usually based on the time that I have reserved for a show each evening.
