  1. Food is so subjective. But I will add my two cents. Our very first cruise was on the Imagination and the food was excellent. We have cruised many times since and on various cruise lines. Our last cruise was in January 2018 on the Liberty. My husband loved Guy's burgers and has quite a few. We really enjoyed the Seafood shack as well. But we found the MDR for dinner to be just so-so. It could also be that our table mates were total racist jerks so we rushed through dinner and then requested another table the rest of the time. We also did the Chef's table one night at that was out of this world. All in all I would say we don't go hungry but the food has gone down hill a bit.
  2. Why not request a wheelchair at the port? But there are also some benches and things like that.
  3. Vista..but March is spring break so it will probably be crowded.
  4. Over the door shoe organizer, downy wrinkle release spray (comes in travel size), my own shampoo and conditioner, Clorox wipes, towel clips for the lounge chairs and a HAT!
  5. The gratuities and taxes are always refunded!
  6. I have sailed the Breakaway twice and never noticed it either..in fact, any other cruise line I have sailed on I have never smelled it..But with the times I have with Carnival it was only briefly so it doesn't; deter me
  7. Yes..I learned the hard way many years ago...from then on I have always purchased insurance..You never know what life has in store. I would rather lose the cost of the insurance premium than thousands of dollars.
  8. And if you booked the early saver rate you are charged an admin fee and the remainder (minus the penalty) will be given in the form of a future cruise credit..not in the form of payment you provided. Sorry to hear about your MIL!
  9. Thanks so much for the great info! Have a great cruise on the Nav..and let me know how it is!
  10. I have sailed many cruises on various lines. Cabins ranging from inside to balcony. I really don't mind an inside cabin at all. I like the darkness and so does my husband. Plus, if it affords you to cruise more often why not? LOL! Enjoy!
