Feedback on HotS Deck 14 Forward Balcony Cabins

We were just assigned cabin 14140 for a cruise in February 2020 on Harmony.  I like that it's very close to the Solarium but that's REALLY close.  Also, I'm not happy that we are right under the pool/waterpark and the kids area is on deck 14 right by our cabin.  

 

Has anyone experienced cabins in this area, and is noise going to be an issue?  We booked through a travel agent with a larger group, and the couple we requested to be next to (my in laws) are on deck 10, mid location.  Since we booked through him, do we have to go through him to try to move?  Or can I call Royal Caribbean myself if I want to change cabins?

Your travel agent must call to request a move.  Royal will not deal with you on this matter

From what I have been told during the day and up to about 10:00pm

it can get a bit noisy (summer time)

Deck 12 forward is quiet and convenient
