Snack food & wine

Just wondering with MSC can you bring snack items and a bottle of wine aboard? This is our first MSC ....with Carnival & RC we brought 1 wine bottle per adult and whatever leftover snacks we brought from home for the plane ride...Just wondering how strict MSC is. We’re sailing the MSC Armonia next month. Thanks

The rule is no alcohol -they will take it off you and return when you leave the ship if they find it. People will post that they take things on board and it isn't confiscated so it is up to you, but on our cruise in January there was a cage (room size) where booze was stored just where you did security for going ashore/returned to the ship.

No alcohol allowed but packaged food/snacks are ok.  Nothing homemade or open packages is what we've been told.  We take lots of snacks with us as hubby is diabetic.
