We stayed at the Russell hotel on the weekend and I asked if they store baggage for cruise passengers.

 They said they had to stop as of April because of terror related security.

 They don’t know anyone who does it if you’re not a guest.

There is a luggage storage facility in the Clocktower, Cnr of Argyle & Harrington Streets in The Rocks
